Ladies and Gentlemen, Roberto here—watching the fog lift from the mountains. For a moment, everything is grey and indistinct. There are no shapes, no depth, no danger. Then the sun hits, and the world acquires an edge.

Most brands are terrified of the edge. They choose the safest path, the most expected tone, and the most neutral stance. They want to be "accessible," but they end up being invisible. They have no temperature.

A brand without temperature is a brand without a soul. You should feel a reaction—it should feel cold and clinical or warm and inviting, but it should never feel like nothing. When you aim for the middle, you disappear into the city's background noise. True authority requires the courage to be polarizing.

If you aren't willing to be "too much" for some, you will never be "enough" for anyone.

We love you, see you soon.
